Then, through a proprietary process, we help implement true leadership rather than micromanagement, which is what we all tend to do when left to modern day cultural influences and normal communication habits.

 

The McQuaig program is a key component of our "Big Book Consulting" and it is one of the main chapters necessary for improving sales, profitability, and owner satisfaction.
